· Replacement of compromised tooth
Our patient presented with an aesthetic alteration of existing restorations and an upper canine with a fissure in the root structure that required extraction. Extraction and immediate implant placement was performed. The definitive rehabilitation on dental abutments and the implant allowed an individual aesthetic resolution in each element.
· Restorations on implants to restore aesthetics and function
The patient presents with the absence of the lateral incisors (agenesis), a situation of certain frequency where the dental germs that give rise to these elements are not formed. The replacement was performed with the placement of two implants in the positions of both absent incisors and was rehabilitated with crowns on implants.
· Post regeneration implant placement
Our patient presented a crown with a leak on a dental root without the possibility of recovery, which was extracted and a regeneration procedure was performed and then implant placement to replace the extracted piece and rehabilitate the element with a crown on implant that returned aesthetics and function to the sector involved.
· Replacement of temporary element with implant
Our Patient presented with a temporary tooth (“milk”) in the canine position, which due to the absence of the lateral incisor was located in that position and for this reason was remodeled with a ceramic veneer to give it the shape and aesthetics of an incisor. side. The temporary tooth was extracted and placed.
· An option to total restorations
In this clinical case, an unfavorable aesthetic situation in terms of color and dental position is resolved with conservative restorations such as ceramic laminar fronts or veneers. With these partial restorations that do not require significant wear of the dental tissues and solve aesthetic problems in a predictable and adequate way.
· Ceramic inlay
Our patient received a root canal treatment in a lower molar, where the preservation of dental tissue is very important and therefore it was decided to carry out an aesthetic and predictable resolution, without the need to use a crown or full cap.
· Ceramic laminar fronts / Veneers
In this clinical situation, our patient presented after having been treated for periodontal disease where there was loss and modification of bone and gingival tissues. A significant aesthetic compromise is observed with dark spaces between the teeth as a consequence of the treated disease. It was decided to correct this alteration with individual partial ceramic restorations.
· Severe crowding
The problems of spaces in the dental arches that generate small or large crowding of the teeth, present excellent possibilities of correction.
· Closing of Diastemas
The diastemas are spaces that exist between the dental elements, which are often quite noticeable and cause aesthetic and functional problems. They can be adequately resolved with a well-performed treatment.
· Openbite
The lack of occlusion generated by dysfunctional habits requires correction not only with orthodontic treatment, but also with speech therapy and ENT treatment many times, requiring a multidisciplinary approach.
· Overbite
The overbite or covered bite require effective orthodontic correction since they generate, in most cases, joint problems and large abrasions on the dental elements.
· Aesthetic or conventional treatments
We offer different alternatives in terms of fixed appliances, which turn out to be excellent treatment options in both clinical situations, with or without aesthetic compromise.
