Extraction and immediate implant placement was performed. The definitive rehabilitation on dental abutments and the implant allowed an individual aesthetic resolution in each element.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00b7 Restorations on implants to restore aesthetics and function<\/strong><br \/>The patient presents with the absence of the lateral incisors (agenesis), a situation of certain frequency where the dental germs that give rise to these elements are not formed. The replacement was performed with the placement of two implants in the positions of both absent incisors and was rehabilitated with crowns on implants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00b7 Post regeneration implant placement<\/strong><br \/>Our patient presented a crown with a leak on a dental root without the possibility of recovery, which was extracted and a regeneration procedure was performed and then implant placement to replace the extracted piece and rehabilitate the element with a crown on implant that returned aesthetics and function to the sector involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00b7 Replacement of temporary element with implant<\/strong><br \/>Our Patient presented with a temporary tooth (&#8220;milk&#8221;) in the canine position, which due to the absence of the lateral incisor was located in that position and for this reason was remodeled with a ceramic veneer to give it the shape and aesthetics of an incisor. side. The temporary tooth was extracted and placed.<\/p>\n\n\n<p id=\"estetica\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"148\" height=\"190\" src=\"http:\/\/torassaconsultorios.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/icon-estetica.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-87\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AESTHETIC RESTORATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00b7 An option to total restorations<br><\/strong>In this clinical case, an unfavorable aesthetic situation in terms of color and dental position is resolved with conservative restorations such as ceramic laminar fronts or veneers. With these partial restorations that do not require significant wear of the dental tissues and solve aesthetic problems in a predictable and adequate way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00b7 Ceramic inlay<br><\/strong>Our patient received a root canal treatment in a lower molar, where the preservation of dental tissue is very important and therefore it was decided to carry out an aesthetic and predictable resolution, without the need to use a crown or full cap. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00b7 Ceramic laminar fronts \/ Veneers<\/strong><br>In this clinical situation, our patient presented after having been treated for periodontal disease where there was loss and modification of bone and gingival tissues. A significant aesthetic compromise is observed with dark spaces between the teeth as a consequence of the treated disease. It was decided to correct this alteration with individual partial ceramic restorations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ortodoncia\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"178\" height=\"171\" src=\"http:\/\/torassaconsultorios.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/icon-ortodoncia.svg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-89\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ORTHODONTICS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00b7 Severe crowding<\/strong><br>The problems of spaces in the dental arches that generate small or large crowding of the teeth, present excellent possibilities of correction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00b7 Closing of Diastemas<\/strong><br>The diastemas are spaces that exist between the dental elements, which are often quite noticeable and cause aesthetic and functional problems.
